Shipping Processing Time

Web orders placed for pre-made items are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders can be shipped on weekends but delivery will be dependent on USPS hours.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, please allow a few extra days for shipments to be processed and delivered. If there will be a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We typically ship via USPS Priority Flat Rate packaging (2-3 day delivery)— shipping rates range from $10 in a Flat Rate Padded Envelope to $25 for larger orders that require a box. **

International Shipping Policy

We are able to ship anywhere in the world! Please email us for a quote on shipping cost/delivery time frame.

Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

Must be authorized, and are on a case-by-case basis. We can not accept returns on used gear.

Our products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover “wear and tear”, misuse, damage caused by a rodent etc., or a customer error in sizing.

If an exchange is authorized due to a customer sizing error, the item much be sent back to us new and unused within 30 days. There will be a 15% restocking fee for those that are authorized, minus the original shipping cost and associated payment platform fees. The customer will be responsible for shipping of replacement product. Lead times on making a replacement item will depend on current order wait times.
